Degree in human resources management, business administration or similar field and a minimum of 1 year work experience in a position which included the following responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
• Recruiting and assisting in applicant interviews
• Conducting orientations
• Assisting in employee reviews
• Conducting and analyzing exit interviews
• Maintaining employee benefits programs
• Educating employees about their benefits
• Assisting in obtaining and evaluating benefit contracts
• HR related tracking and recordkeeping
• Processing time and accounts payable
• Clerical duties
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and in business writing.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
