CAD ASSISTANT

Qualifications:
• Energetic and self-motivated, relishes completing projects
• Able to complete projects quickly and accurately
• Honest and ethical
• Able to adapt to various situations
• Must be able to produce mechanical drawings quickly and accurately using AutoCAD software

Technical Skills/Experience:
• A.S. in Computer Aided Design & Drafting with 1 - 3 years experience
• Be adept at research
• Knowledge of underground mining equipment.
• A mechanical drawing background is preferred

Responsibilities
• Develop and modify CAD drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet mechanical specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct research to support design decisions and improve drafting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and project presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes and project updates.
• Utilize premium software tools like Revit and SolidWorks for advanced design tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
