  • Complete Remanufacturing
    We remanufacture all types of underground equipment incorporating the latest design changes and updates. We also fabricate new frames. Give us your specifications and we will remanufacture your equipment to suit your needs.

  • Reconditioning and Repairs
    Metalcraft performs equipment repairs as well as complete remanufactures. We recondition and repair equipment to your specifications.

  • Mechanical
    Probably no other service takes as high a toll on mechanical parts as mine duty. Wheel units, truck assemblies and gearing all fall prey to damage from hard use in mining. Since potential failures can’t always be spotted easily, we employ magna-flux technology to detect areas prone to failure.


Design and Engineering
Metalcraft is dedicated to excellence in quality and service and recognizes the changing needs of the mining industry. Our commitment to being a leader, not a follower, and to providing a wide range of services to our customers is evident in our investment in both talent and technology. With an engineer on staff and a CAD system that includes a computerized cutting torch, we can redesign existing equipment to meet a specific requirement as well as engineer for new applications.

Electric and Hydraulic
Metalcraft’s engineering department maintains up to date changes in codes, DOE, and MSHA regulations. We are continually striving to incorporate the latest and most efficient technology in our customers’ equipment. Metalcraft has the capability of upgrading hydraulic systems whether it is simply installing a higher capacity pump on a bolter or upgrading a drive unit on a feeder.
