Our Remanufacture Process:

Our customers are welcome to inspect their machinery at any time during the remanufacture process and are encouraged to be present for final testing.

WARRANTY

Complete remanufactures carry a 180 day limited warranty. New frames carry a 2 year limited warranty.

SERVICE

Service personnel are available to send to your mine site upon equipment start-up and in the event of a machine failure.

Tear Down Process Upon arrival at our facility, the roof bolter is completely dismantled. Main frame and components are steam cleaned and sandblasted.

Main Frame Chassis The main frame is inspected for structural soundness and is restored to "like new" condition. If the frame is determined to be beyond economical repair, a recommendation for replacement is made to the customer. After restoration, all parts of frame and chassis are prime coated before reassembly is begun.

Electrical Our state of the art electrical department restores all electrical components and machine permissibility. Panel box interior components, switches, lighting, methane detection system, and motors are all restored to "like new" condition.

Hydraulic All hydraulic components such as cylinders, valves, tram motors, flow dividers and reel motor are restored to "like new" condition. All hosing and conduit is replaced new.

Dust Collection System The dust collection system is brought back to "like new" condition. Dust boxes are rebuilt and new high flow blowers, "V" belts, and dust hosing are installed.

Mechanical The ATRS system, drill pots and canopies are remanufactured. Canopies are re-certified if necessary. All gear boxes are restored using new bearings and seals as well as necessary gearing and sprockets.

Assembly Machine is completely reassembled. Electrical settings and hydraulic pressures are set to required levels. Machine is completely serviced and test run for eight hours to ensure proper operation. Machine is painted with both a primer and a finish coat of machinery enamel.

Finished Product Once the machine has passed final inspection it is coal ready!
